Born in Baltimore, Maryland, September 30, 1938. Harford Leadership Academy, 1997. Co-founder, Harford United Charities (board of directors); Harford Little League Football at Falston. Board of Directors, Fallston Recreation Council. Honorary member, Harford County Boys and Girls Club. Married; two sons. Died in Fallston, Maryland, March 24, 2009.

Opened in 2010, the Chenowith Recreation and Senior Center in Fallston was named in her honor.
