Final Report to Senate Finance Committee & Economic Matters Committee due Dec. 1, 2013.

The Task Force is to study the potential benefits and possible combinations, if one or more of the State-created insurers of last resort were affiliated. These may include the Injured Workers Insurance Fund, Maryland Automobile Insurance Fund, Property and Casualty Insurance Guaranty Corporation, Maryland Health Insurance Plan, and Joint Insurance Association.

Authorization for the Task Force continues through May 31, 2014.
